As we lived more that one hundred miles outside of the Charlottesville area, we were not familiar with the many neighborhoods and adjacent areas. He researched and shared his findings concerning HOA rules, zoning policy in connection with raw land, and potential rents of investment properties. Most of our free time is spent hiking, rock climbing, playing water sports, or cooking out on the back deck with our dogs and friends.
