He made the process of getting our home ready to sell easy and straight forward and within three days of listing our home, it was off the market. We ran into a little bit of an issue at closing time but Seth kept us informed and updated on the process and because of his hard work it made the closing process as a seller much easier to deal with. He also helped us to find a wonderful new home after our old home sold and Seth has worked so hard to help us both buy and sell at the same time. I was extremely lucky to be able to accomplish that within a very short period as I was out of state during the pandemic. I honestly feel this would not be possible without Seth. With strong technology "know how", Seth was able to schedule all the showings quickly and his virtual tours were invaluable to me. Seth is also great at communication. Anytime I had a question, he was always quick to answer. He worked hard to stay on top of everything, which made the whole process almost stress free. Overall, I had a great experience with Seth. I highly recommend him and hope to work with him again in the future.

As we lived more that one hundred miles outside of the Charlottesville area, we were not familiar with the many neighborhoods and adjacent areas. Naturally we wanted to make every visit to the area productive. Seth was always very well prepared, offering outstanding guidance in our search for a townhouse and raw land. He researched and shared his findings concerning HOA rules, zoning policy in connection with raw land, and potential rents of investment properties. We always looked forward to our meetings and to his very insightful evaluations of the properties, pointing out both the positive and negative aspects of the properties. Seth also provided us with excellent referrals to assist with closings, and even home builders. Our adult children have and will continue to consult with Seth as they too have an interest in the Charlottesville area, and realize what an outstanding resource Seth has been.
